Is it safe to shop at Paolita website?

Yes! Our website is a very safe place to shop and all your personal details are stored securely through our online system.

What payment methods does Paolita accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, maestro, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Diners, and Paypal. However, if you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request. Please contact us directly at sales@paolita.co.uk to arrange this. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by World Pay.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Yes you can amend your order as long as your purchases have not been prepared for dispatch. If you need to make any changes, please email sales@paolita.co.uk with your order reference number & amendment requirements.

How much does delivery cost?

UK Delivery:
£7.00 for “Standard Delivery” – Receive your purchases up to 5 working days after your order has been placed
£10.00 for “Next day Delivery” – provided order is placed before 1pm on a weekday

Europe Delivery:
Standard: £15.00 – Receive your purchases up to 7 working days after your order has been placed
Express: £25.00 – Receive your purchases up to 3 working days after your order has been placed

USA Delivery:
Standard: £20.00 – Receive your purchases up to 7 working days after your order has been placed
Express: £25.00 – Receive your purchases up to 3 working days after your order has been placed

How long until I receive my package? / When will i receive my order?

We’ll ship your order as soon as we can, subject to payment authorization and stock availability. If your shipping confirmation email has been sent before 1.00pm Monday – Friday, then your shipment will leave our warehouse the same day. If the shipping confirmation email was sent after this time (or at any time on a UK public holiday), your goods will be collected by the carrier on our next working day.

We’ll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries from the UK to your area, including (but not limited to) extreme weather or disruption to postal services / airlines.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

Returns Policy

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you’re not completely happy with an item, we’ll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached. I've received some Paolita items as a gift from someone else. Can I return them?

You can return items as normal, but the refund will be issued to the original card used for payment. If you want replacement items of a higher value than the return, you will be charged any difference. If you’d like to do this, please include clear payment instructions with the returned items, together with your own contact details in case we have a query. Please note shipping will be charged again.

I've received a gift card from someone else. Can I return it?

Gift cards are non-returnable and can’t be exchanged for cash.

Sizing and styling

What size should I order?

We have created a sizing chart to assist you in ordering the correct size. However, if you still not sure which is your size you can email us at sales@paolita.co.uk.

Can I mix and match?

Each of our collections are made to mix and match shapes, styles and sizes.

The product I want is not available, will it comeback in stock?

Please email us at sales@paolita.co.uk with the product name and we will let you know if we are expecting it back in stock.
