Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can amend your order as long as your purchases have not been prepared for dispatch. If you need to make any changes, please email [email protected] with your order reference number & amendment requirements.

How much does delivery cost? / When will I receive my order?

£7.00 “Standard Delivery” – 3-5 working days
£10.00 “Express” – 1-3 working days

Europe

Standard: £15.00, It will take 5-10 working days to be delivered.

North America

Standard: £25 – up to 7 working days to be delivered.

Rest of World

Standard: £35– up to 7 working days to be delivered.

Delays may also occur during peak sales seasons, for example Black Friday.

Returns Policy

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase; however if you with to request an exchange or refund, we will accept returns requested within 21 days of delivery provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached.

Please make sure that swimwear and other clothing is tried on over your own underwear. When trying on tops please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with the item. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious this hasn’t been done.
