We aim to get your order shipped within 48 hours. This is subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. All orders are packed in Paolita branded packaging.

You’ll only be charged one delivery fee, regardless of whether we split your order into multiple shipments.

We’ll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries from the UK to your area, including (but not limited to) extreme weather or disruption to postal services / airlines.

We insure each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you.

Shipping rates

Free global shipping is available on orders over £250, however you may be liable to pay courier admin fees, import duty or tax on goods entering your country if you are outside of the UK or EU.

Customs, duties & taxes

You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country if you are outside of the UK or EU. The amount of duty – if any – depends on the type of goods and their value. Some items can be imported without paying any duty at all.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can’t predict what they might be.

With the small exception of products from our Lifestyle Edit, (that are shipped directly from our London boutique) EU Customers will not have to pay additional duties or taxes on PAOLITA orders.

*Please Note: It’s a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union.

 

Lifestyle Edit Orders

If you are based in the EU and ordering products from our Lifestyle Edit you may have to pay additional duties and taxes.

This is because our Lifestyle Edit pieces are housed exclusively in our Flagship Boutique based in London, UK, and therefore are being shipped from outside of the EU.

Except for this small exception, all other Paolita products are carefully stored in our European warehouse and when ordering anything else from us, you should not incur any additional costs.

Returning goods on which duty has been paid

If you’ve paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To do this, you’ll need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.
