We aim to get your order shipped within 48 hours. This is, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. All orders are packed in Paolita branded packaging.
You’ll only be charged one delivery fee, regardless of whether we split your order into multiple shipments.
We’ll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries from the UK to your area, including (but not limited to) extreme weather or disruption to postal services / airlines.
Paolita insures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you.

Express: £25.00-£35.00 depending on the country. This will be calculated at checkout. It will take up to 3 working days to be delivered.

Rest of World
£30.00 – up to 7 working days to be delivered.
The shipping duration is calculated once the goods have left our warehouse.
Customs, duties & taxes
You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty – if any – depends on the type of goods and their value. Some items can be imported without paying any duty at all.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can’t predict what they might be.
* Please note: It’s a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union.
Returning goods on which duty has been paid
If you’ve paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To do this, you’ll need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.
